Refunds Policy

  • Our Refund Policy is 14 days from date of purchase. If requested after this time, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a refund, item/s must be damaged or faulty.
  • If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be refunded to the original method of payment. Alternatively, you can hold store credit with us.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
