Return & Exchange Policy

Māpihi & Co. accepts Returns and Exchanges on the following conditions:

• Item/s must be requested within 14 days of purchase. If requested after this time, unfortunately we are unable to process your request.
• Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in order to be re-sold to other customers).
• We only replace or refund items if they are faulty or damaged.
• You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping however if you have received the wrong or faulty item, Māpihi & Co. will cover the cost of shipping.
• Replacement item/s will not be posted until the original goods are received.
• We do not offer cash refunds however Store credit is available.
• Our Sales do not include Gift Vouchers
